Travel to West Yellowstone for supper and lodging for the night and first roundtable conversation.

7 A.M - Breakfast at motel
8:00 A.M - Tour guide picks up to carry to outpost. Pick-up snow gear and go through orientation.
Travel into Yellowstone and down lower loop to Old Faithful. Eat lunch. Travel back arriving at
outpost in west Yellowstone at 4:30. Travel back to Jackson to Wyoming Inn. Will eat supper
either in Driggs Idaho or Jackson depending on weather and travel conditions.
8:30 P.M - Brief round table
9:00 P.M - Head to rooms

8 A.M - Noon - Wildlife tour of the Grand Tetons / Lunch at Jackson Drugs in Downtown Jackson
3:30 P.M - Travel to Moulton Barn
6:00 P.M - Supper (Dornans or Gun Barrel
8:00 P.M - Round table or Fire Pit Night
9:15 P.M - Head to rooms

6:30 A.M Breakfast (Grab something quick - Wyoming Inn usually serves breakfast at 6:30)
Dress in base layers (thermal top/bottom, wool socks, balaclava or head sock).
7:00 AM – Depart Wyoming Inn
Drive ~55 miles / ~1 hr 15 min up US-191/26/89 to Moran, then east on US-26/287 over
Togwotee Pass.
Winter road: plan buffer — could be up to 1.5 hrs if snowy.
8:15 AM – Arrive Togwotee Mountain Lodge rental office
Sign waivers, select optional insurance , gear up with clothing
Helmet included; gloves/head socks are available to purchase.
Avalanche gear optional (beacon/shovel/probe).
8:30 AM – Sled orientation & departure
Trail maps, group safety briefing.
Hit the groomed trail system toward Brooks Lake.
Travel time: ~1.5–2 hrs at group pace.
10:30–11:00 AM – Arrive Brooks Lake Lodge
Warm up, explore a bit, take photos.
11:30 AM–12:30 PM – Lunch at Brooks Lake Lodge
Menu: burgers, sandwiches, prime rib sandwich, salads/soups.
12:30–1:00 PM – Depart Brooks Lake Lodge
Return down Brooks Lake Rd and back toward Togwotee.
2:30–3:00 PM – Arrive back at Togwotee Lodge●
Return sleds, gear, and settle any fees.
Built-in buffer before the 4:30 PM mandatory return deadline.
3:15–3:30 PM – Depart Togwotee for Jackson
Drive back ~1 hr 15 min.
~4:45–5:00 PM – Arrive back at Wyoming Inn
6:00 - dinner in Jackson.
